I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Eleanor. She played such an important part in my life and my time at Citizens. Hearing her yell my name still rings in my ears through the intercom system. I will always have her in my heart and in my memories. A wonderful lady and a dear friend. Living in Clearwater for the past 6 years, I wish I would have known that she was so close. I would have loved to have visited with her. She will always be loved and remembered.

Marianne: I’m so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing! Uncle George in South Carolina called me and gave me the news. I always liked your folks and the kindness they showed towards me! I have a lot of really great memories! Again, my sympathy!

I have such wonderful memories of Mrs. Zenter from growing up on Rose Terrace in Indiana, PA. I think a favorite is that when I decided to run away from home, I packed my little suitcase and went to Zenter’s house. Your Mom always welcomed us (my sister Renee ran away there too – she wanted a dog!) and didn’t make a big deal about it. I learned later that our Moms were in touch the whole time, but it seemed like your Mom was really helping us get away with something big! xo
