OSBORNE, Richard Dean, 58, of Seaford, DE, had his last sunset on Tuesday, January 3, 2012, at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL. He was born in North Wilkesboro, NC.
He was a veteran of the US Navy, worked in the plastics industry and was a Baptist. He was a member of the Masons, a lifetime member of the VFW and a member of the Fraternal Order of Police. His “family was his life” and was known for saying “I tried”. He enjoyed fishing, amateur radio and was a lover of Disney World.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elzie Osborne and sister, Debra Voshell. His wife, Susan; sons, David and James of Seaford, DE; daughter, Vickie; mother, Ruby Osborne; brother, Bill Brown of Felton, DE; sister, Donna Brake of Cambridge, MD; and seven grandchildren survive him.
He was buried with military honors at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
