I know it was 5 years ago, but I miss Dave. He was my best friend for 20 some years. He loved animals. He was a thoughtful guy. He always gave me little cards to Gator from the Babies (my cats). All those cats are passed away now, including the one he brought home, Kahlua. She got out of the house and one of my neighbors killed her. That was all I had left from Dave, that and a beaded necklace from costa rica and some peas in a pod. I always think of him when i look at that. He loved my car also. He said my Saturn was too small. I said hell, Dave, the Celica is smaller. he ha. We were on the expressway in my celica. I had the cruise control on, but going downhill, we were speeding and a cop pulled us over. He came to the car and he laughed. He says I expect kids to be in this car and then I see you two. He said I have to give you a ticket for something, so I got one for no drivers license. I showed it to them at the clerk and paid 5.00. Dave loved that car and we had fun taking it around. He loved his swimming pool. I sure do miss him.
