Gregory Paul Connors, 64, of Largo, died on Friday, January 27, 2012, in the Hospice Unit of the Bay Pines VA Health Care System. He was born in Mt. Pleasant, PA and moved to Largo in 2008 from California.
He served his country in the US Army and was a Distribution Manager in the Newspaper Industry. He loved to fish and work on models with his grandson.
He was preceded in death by his father, William J. Connors. His wife of thirty-two years, Jackie; his son, William Connors of Largo; daughter, Jacquine Connors of Lincoln, NB; his mother, Dorothy Hahn of Seminole; brothers, David and Timothy; sisters, Marlene and Sharon; and grandson, Kendall Rhys survive him.
Services will be held at Bay Pines National Cemetery at a later date.
I was not blessed to know your father, Jackie, but I am sorry to hear of your great loss and my heart goes out to your family. My thoughts and prayers will continue to be with you through this trying period.
