Dana Smith Tuttle, 70, of Brooksville, FL funeral service is 2:30 PM, March 6, 2012 at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513 with the United States Marine Corps, DET # 708, Honors and Ceremonial Team, to officiate.
A native of Brooklyn, NY and a local resident since 1989, when he moved here from Meriden, CT; he was a retired truck driver for Wyatt and Tomasso Trucking Company; a Christian and a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. During his career in the Marine Corps, he was promoted to the rank of CPL and was awarded a Good Conduct Medal. He was a member of the Marine Corps League and was a Volunteer at the Brooksville Regional Hospital.
Dana is survived by his loving family: his sons; Kevin Tuttle and his wife, Derisa of Port Richey, FL and James Tuttle of Hamden, CT and six grandchildren; Hannah, Noah, Isabella, Evan, Nevaeh and Jonah.
