DEAR MARILYN & FAMILY,
PAUL & I OFFER OUR SINCERE CONDOLEANCES TO YOU. WE HAVE ENJOYED SO MANY FUN TIMES & MEMORIES OVER THE 14 YEARS OF FRIENDSHIP IN SUNSHINE PARK.
WE’LL NEVER FORGET THE NIGHT THAT JOHN GOT THE BIGGEST SHOCK OF HIS LIFE WHEN PAUL STROLLED INTO THE HALL DRESS IN LONG PANTS, SHIRT, TIE & A WHITE BRIM HAT ON HIS HEAD. JOHN NEARLY FELL ON THE FLOOR WITH SHOCK. SHOUTING! PAULY, WHERE’S YOUR SHORTS? NO SHORTS? WHAT HAPPENED? PAUL JUST ROARED LAUGHING TOOK OFF HIS HAT & GAVE IT TO JOHN. THEY WERE TWO OF A KIND. GAME FOR ANYTHING.
MARILYN, MY PRAYERS & THOUGHTS ARE WITH YOU. JUST REMEMBER JESUS IS WALKING BESIDE YOU & WILL CARRY YOU THROUGH THE DIFFICULT DAYS. THE SUN IS STILL SHINING ABOVE THE CLOUDS. MAY JOHN REST IN PEACE.
GOD BLESS,
THE BILLARDS

Dear Marilyn & Family. We were so sorry to hear about John. The first time we met him there was just something you loved about him right away. It’s going to be so different at the clubhouse without John. You could always count on a comment from him in that big voice. As time goes on the happy memories will be in the forefront and perhaps make things easier for all of you. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Jim & Carol

Burgio Family (my 2nd family)-
You know I would be there if I wasn’t halfway around the world right now. Papa meant more to me than just a man. The first time I met him I was as scared as a 16 year old guy could be. He was loud, he was grouchy, and he was direct. But over the last 11 years I easily realized he was just a loving teddy bear who didn’t mind telling you what was on his mind. I respect him for that. He loved his family and he had much reason to do so. He will be missed more than I can say. Rest in Peace Papa. Love ya.
Daniel
