Your 20 years in the Navy, We remained so close. You coming back to reside in Orlando and in the end working together at Wheelchair Transport. Thanks for all the memories. I may have been the only person in the world who every got mad at you, Only because we were like brothers. I never have met a person that didn’t like you. There hasn’t been another person I’ve met as kind as you, Charlie, from our time on Coquina Key and through school, you were a special man.
You will be missed by so many, and we feel very fortunate for our time with you.

I worked with Charlie at the Clearwater PPEC (him transporting our special kids & me a nurse who sometimes rode with him). He was always kind, having only the best to say about people. I could tell right away he was a great person and I hope he knew that he was my friend. I always looked forward to seeing him at work. I’m so sorry for his family’s loss, his friend’s loss, and all our kids who loved him too. Rest in Peace, Charlie. I miss you.
Goodbye sweet Charlie :)
Prayers for you and your family.
