Frank Martin Gould, 69, of Safety Harbor, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2013, from natural causes. Mr. Gould was born on July 19, 1944, in Boise, Idaho, to Ozro and Genevieve Gould. He was the Supervisor of Elections for Pinellas County.

It has been a pleasure working with Frank as his representative the past two years. He became a true friend and I will miss him. There will be a memorial service for him at the assisted living facility where he lived but the date has not been determined. His wishes were to have his ashes scattered over the gulf that he loved.

Sad to hear of Frank’s passing. We worked together for many years, and I knew him to be a very kind, compassionate person.
How sad to hear Frank has gone beyond the veil. What a gentleman and gentle man he was. He made the Election Office a better, friendlier place to work. I will think of him often.
