Mildred Rutt Loubert, 93, of Lutz, FL and Bethesda, MD, died Friday, December 5, 2014.
Born in Hartford, CT on March 4, 1921. She was a former Prince Georges County, Maryland School Psychologist and lifetime American Psychological Association member. Mildred was a Navy veteran of World War II. She lived in Europe, the Caribbean and Conakry, Guinea where she worked on “SS Hope” originally built as the US Navy hospital ship USS Consolation (AH-15) then donated to Project Hope.
She is predeceased by her late husband J. Daniel Loubert, State Department Field Service Officer as well as her brother David Rutt and their parents Simon and Dora Rutt. She is survived by her longtime loving partner Raymond Garcia, her brothers Jack and Melvin Rutt, son and daughter Byron and Cherie Loubert, grandsons Brett and Michael Loubert, granddaughter Diana Lee and five great grandchildren.

Mildred Loubert was one of the more intelligent people to walk opon the earth. Mildred lived life on her own terms, yet did not force her own views on anyone. She understood you & knew what made you tick, even if you did not.
She will be greatly missed.
