Donna Leigh Robinson-Patterson, 64, of Riverview, FL passed away at her residence on March 22, 2015. Her funeral service is 7:00 PM, Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview, Florida with Dr. Myles Dowdy, to officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 PM until service time. Final interment will be private at the Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, Florida 33513.
A lifelong Tampa Bay area resident, Donna was a retired Emergency Room Registrar for South Bay Hospital, Sun City, Florida and a member of 1st Baptist Church of Brandon.
She is survived by her loving family: her husband, Jimmie D. Patterson of Riverview, Florida; her daughter, Kimberly Cooke and her husband, Mark Bolin of Gibsonton, Florida; her mother, Frances Robinson of Riverview, Florida; a sister, Diane Robinson of Needles, California and four grandchildren.

I would like to express my sincere sympathy to the family in the loss of such a wonderful person. Donna and I had such a great time as friends from the beginning of school until the end of school. Frances was such a wonderful mother and I pray that God will touch each of the family members with His love, compassion and comfort during this difficult time of loss. Donna was such a great and loving friend that will always be remembered with love. I thank the Lord for such a great time of knowing her as such a good friend.
