Clarence Frazier, Jr., 68, of St. Petersburg, Florida died October 28, 2015 at St. Anthony’s Hospital. He was born December 24, 1946 in West Palm Beach, Florida to Clarence and Molly Frazier who preceded him in death. Clarence is also preceded in death by his brother Rico Willis. He and his wife Katherine (Green) traveled the country throughout his career in the Army but settled down in their home of St. Petersburg after he retired.
SFC Frazier retired from the Army in 1985 as a Staff Sergeant where his MOS was Helicopter Prop and Rotary, he was also Re-enlistment NCO. After retiring from the Army Clarence loved working at the Bay Palms Golf Complex on MacDill AFB. He was a devout Christian and was a member of Faith Community Worship Center for 26 years with Pastor’s Dwight and Jeanne Rodgers.
He is survived by his loving wife Katherine (Green); sons Troy and Sean Frazier (Dianne), both of St. Petersburg; brother Johnny Frazier of St. Petersburg; sister Louise Johnson of St. Petersburg; and three granddaughters Antonea, Kei-Sean, Keunda and many other family and friends.
Services will be held at the Old Landmark Cathedral Church of God in Christ in St. Petersburg on November 7, 2015 at 1:00 PM with a graveside service on November 12th at 10:00 AM at Bay Pines National Cemetery with full military honors.

What a shock to see the passing of Clarence…I have such fond memories of him at Bay Palms golf course…my prayers are with you and your family…now we have two angels watching over us…Clarence and Frank
Clarence was a dear friend and co-worker and brother in service. I will always remember him. Kat,I know you will miss him a great deal. Just remember he is in a good place and doesn’t have anymore pain. Joe & I miss you, remember our good meals we had at each December at the club house.

I never met Mr. Frazier but I wish I had. Having met his family and his church family, and listening to their stories, I am grateful for his life. I was moved with Pastors story of his wisdom with the church finances. We need more Clarence Frazier’s today.
