Larry Lane Gadberry, 58, of Clearwater, FL, went to walk with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, January, 29, 2016 surrounded by family and friends.
Larry was born August 18, 1957 in Linton, IN to Otis “Cody” Gadberry, and wife (Helen) Georgeina (Nuckles). He graduated from Central High School in Switz City, IN in 1975 and came to Florida in 1983. He enjoyed baseball, Harley rides, metal detecting and making videos. He was a dedicated employee of the City of Safety Harbor, in the Parks Department until cancer sidelined him. He was also a member at First Christian Church of Dunedin.
Larry was preceded in death by both parents. Surviving him is his wife of 9 years, Dale Mettler-Gadberry; three daughters, Jennifer Powers, of Dallas, GA, Elizabeth (Ben) Baker, of Acworth, GA; and Mallory Mettler of Tallahassee, FL; two devoted sisters, Gayla Boyd of Bradenton, FL and Pamela White of Terre Haute, IN.
There will be a Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at First Christian Church of Dunedin with refreshments and fellowship to follow.

I was a classmate of Larry’s in Switz City. 5th – 10th Grade. Had a lot of fun with him. Considered him a good friend, he will be missed. Sorry for your loss. Royce
