Raymond Felix Bialobrzewski


seaman 2Raymond Felix Bialobrzewski, 92, of St. Petersburg,  passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2016.

Ray was born August 22, 1923 in East Brookfield, Massachusetts, a son of the late Walter Bialobrzewski and Beatrice Miller Bialobrzewski.

Ray served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was a Seaman First Class. He entered the Navy on November 17, 1942 in Worcester, Massachusetts and received the American Theatre Area Ribbon, the Asiatic Pacific Area Ribbon, and the World War II Victory Medal.He served on the USS Princeton and received 9 battle stars.

After serving, he became a truck mechanic. His hobbies included going to flea markets, Fishing, and traveling. His family remembers him as having a cheerful and happy disposition. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Burnett Bialobrzewski, and  twelve brothers and sisters. He was the last surviving member of his family.

Survivors include one son: Raymond White and his wife, Ann of Haines City, Florida, two daughters: Rosemary Hebert of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Betty Ann Learned of Norton, Massachusetts, four grandchildren: Kimberly Hebert Beirley and her husband, Jerel  Bierly of Jacksonville, Florida, Autumn Learned of Singapore, Christopher White and his wife, Tracey of Cumming, Georgia, and Sean White of Alpharetta, Georgia.
