Francis “Fran” Albert Feeley, Jr., 78 of St. Petersburg, passed away June 26, 2016.
Fran was born Sept. 24, 1937 in Milford, Massachusetts, a son of the late Francis A. Feeley Sr. and Louise Miller Feeley.
He served honorably in the United States Marine Corp. He served on an aircraft carrier. He then served as a Sergeant on the Framingham Police department for 36 years. He belonged to American Legion Post #14, AMVETS Post #8, and the Elks of Framingham, Massachusetts. His wife remembers him as a loving husband.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years Dorothy “Ruth” Toomey Feeley, 2 daughters; Deborah Calnano and Donna Civetti, 1 sister; Sandra Southwick of Framingham, Mass., 2 brothers; James Feeley and David Feeley.
Interment will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 3:00PM at Bay Pines National Cemetery. Military rites will be rendered.
There will be a reception at the American Legion, Post #14, 4th Street, St. Petersburg, FL.
