Marcia Watkins was born on September 5, 1921 in St. Augustine, Florida to Joseph and Carrie (Baker) Gauzens. She passed away on December 21, 2016 at the Community Care Center in Plant City, Florida.
Marcia was preceded in death by her husband William Watkins who died in 2005. She is survived by her sons Wayne Watkins of Apopka, Florida; David (Mary) Watkins of St. Petersburg, Florida; daughters Linda Hoover of Anchorage, Alaska; Judy Nash of Montana; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Marcia was a Christian and a member of East Thonotosassa Baptist Church in Thonotosassa, Florida. She was a private pilot, enjoyed painting, crafts and fishing in the Keys with her husband Ed.
A church service to celebrate the life of Marcia Watkins is scheduled for Thursday, December 29, 2016 at East Thonotosassa Baptist Church at 10:00.
