Faye Hicks Jones, age 77, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Mid Pinellas Hospice in St. Petersburg, FL. She was born in DeFuniak Springs, FL on October 26th, 1939.
She was the youngest of five children and a member of the Presbyterian Church. Faye worked for the Department of Education in Tallahassee FL, New Port Media and Bankers Insurance companies in St. Petersburg, FL.
She will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother and wife.
Left to honor Faye are her husband Nelson and son David Jones, grandchildren Zachary and Gabrielle Jones, sisters Mary Louise Hoffman and Helen Hicks. She is preceded by her parents Oscar and Minnie Hicks, and her sister Marie Spence.
Funeral Services will be held at Magnolia Cemetery, 71 US Highway 90 West, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435 on Thursday December 29th at 11:00 AM.
