Our sincerest condolences.
Miriam was a lovely woman whom I was able to come to know through our conversations at the DAR luncheons. I am sure all who knew her will miss her. May all her family have peace as they grieve their loss but joy in remembering her wonderful and full life.
I will miss my long time neighbor and Zeta sorority sister who always had a beautiful smile and many gracious stories about her life adventures.
She was a very competitive bridge player, and we always enjoyed our ladies bridge at her house as she was the perfect hostess.
Mimi enjoyed staying active with her swimming, social events, church and writing, including her own published book about her life with her husband Ed.
My husband, Don , and I enjoyed going out in style with Ed and Mimi to many entertaining and charitable events. Mimi helped me with my political campaigns by writing and stamping cards and letters and encouraging me to stand up for legislative actions.
Most of all, I admired her as a real Lady who will leave a legacy of service and kindness.
I know she is now at peace with our Lord Jesus, and will continue to pray for family and friends who grieve for her presence, but know that she is now at rest.
We will celebrate her life with happy memories.
Peace.
Lucile
