Julianna “Julie” Cholowski was born 8/1/31 in Carteret, New Jersey to Anna and Michael Lesky as one of 8 children. She dedicated her life to God, her family and friends. She worked as a medical secretary and New Jersey superior court clerk but more importantly was a beloved wife, mother, sister and friend who died peacefully on 4/14/17.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 60 years, Frank, her children Mark (Esquire and Judge) and Ann Marie (M.D. and J.D.), her daughter in law Robin, her siblings Joseph, Catherine, and Helen, their families and her many friends from Carteret, New Jersey; Largo, Florida; and St. Demetrius’ and St. Michael’s Ukrainian Orthodox Churches.
She has been predeceased by her parents, her sisters Mary and Sophie, and brothers Stephen and John.
Her memorial service will be held at St. Michael’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church 9201 60th St. North, Pinellas Park, FL on 4/22/17 at 10 AM.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to one or all of the following charities including the American Heart Association, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and Suncoast Hospice of FL (in particular for the wonderful care that she received on the Heron wing of North Pinellas Care Center in Palm Harbor FL) or the charity closest to your heart in her memory.
