Vincent Rene Roy, 84, of Ocala, FL, passed away on May 27, 2017 at the Brandley House in Summerfield, FL. He was born in Providence, RI and moved to Florida in 1972 from MA.
He served in the US Army and retired from the Coast Guard after 30 years of combined service. He was a member of VFW Post # 4209 and the Marion County Memorial Honor Guard.
He is survived by his wife, Ann; brother, Leo, 2 children; and many nieces and nephews.
A service with Military Honors will be held at Florida National Cemetery on Friday, June 9, 2017, at 11:00AM.
