Joseph William Jones, 71, of Seminole, passed away on March 21, 2020, at the Bay Pines VA Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. He was born in Putnam, Connecticut. Joseph served his country in the United States Air Force Special Forces and was a Vietnam veteran. He spent many years as Detective in Connecticut.
He was a loving, caring, kind and thoughtful man. A God-Grandfather to Faith Zessin and a best friend to many and will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Please remember him for the good he did and the great person that he was. He would never let a soul go hungry ore without and he loved anyone that came into his life.
Forever in our hearts and he will live on through our souls. Thank you for being the caring man you were.…Rest in peace Joe.

Such a good man. I look up to you as my own Grandpa. All the times you would always try feeding me and Faith and then laugh about how much I’d eat and ask me where all the food would go lol. You always made sure we were well fed and always helped my friend Faith and kept her on the right path. You will be missed Joe or as I use to call you crazy joe😭❤️
