Anne Elizabeth Lama-Lewis, 65, passed away on June 11, 2020, and gained her angel wings. Anne leaves behind to cherish her memories, her son Eric; two daughters, Melissa and Jennifer; her five grandchildren, Julius, Jadelise, Adrian, Aaliyah, and Andrew. She also leaves behind her dog Sushi.
Anne was devoted to her career as a clinical social worker. This brought her closer to the community. She was very passionate about her work. She had a god-given talent for caring and helping others. Anne touched many lives and was highly respected and adored. She enjoyed traveling the world, caring for her dogs, plants, family and spending time with her friends. Anne was a phenomenal, intelligent and an extremely independent woman.
Anne was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and for the last 16 years she resided in Spring Hill, Florida. She attended Fordham University where she obtained her Masters Degree in Social Work.
Her Celebration of Life will be held St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church on Wednesday, July 22 at 3:00PM. The church is located in 2301 Deltona Boulevard, Spring Hill, Florida 34606.
I am so sad to hear that Anne passed away. I pet sat her dogs on occasion. She was a very warm, lovable and passionate woman. She will forever be in my heart.
