Matilda Mae Bandino 86, of Port Richey, Florida was born on November 23rd, 1933 in Brooklyn, New York. She leaves us to join her loving husband Ralph, her beloved parents Peter and Rose Incardone and brother Joseph P. Incardone. Matilda passed away on July 23rd, 2020 at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point Hospital/ Hospice Care in Hudson, Florida with her daughter, Lorraine by her side. Her three other beloved children could not be with her due to the Covid-19 restrictions, but Matilda was able to have a video call with Linda at 8:20 pm on July 19th as part of Linda’s Birthday celebration which was a ritual she had. She was able to hear the voices of all her children on the day she passed and she was able to acknowledge each of them with the blinking of her eyes. Matilda is survived by her four children, daughter Linda Bandino Ropiza and “the best son in law”, Robert as she would say, her daughter Lorraine Bandino Meade, sons, Robert Bandino and his wife Deanna and Ralph P Bandino and his wife Sandy. Matilda is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Matilda’s life will take place at St. Michael The Archangel Catholic Church in Hudson, Florida on August 14th, 2020 at 11:00 AM. Her final resting place will be at Florida National Cemetery where Matilda joins her husband Ralph on August 14, 2020 at 2:00 PM.
