My thoughts and prayers are with you and family as you grieve.
I was so saddened to see this. Mr. Dansby was my favorite teacher. I had him for 6th grade (1967-68) and 7th grade (1968-69) at U.S. Grant school in Dayton. The 7th grade class was combined with 8th graders and he did a wonderful job with all of us. When I think back on all the teachers I had over the years, he always rises to the top of the list. He was fun and I remember the sweet Mustang he had back then!! The world feels a little sadder knowing he’s not in it anymore. My deepest condolences to all his family and loved ones.
Mr. Dansby was one of my favorite teacher at US Grant in Dayton, OH. Everything I can think of to say is so inadequate. He was one of the very best and made all of us know he cared about us and our education. Love & prayers to his family and friends.
My condolences to the family and may he Rest In Peace. Denny was my sponsor for confirmation and I rememberr the good times we had visiting the family at the house on the Stillwater River. He had a fridge with a beer tap at the house. First one that I ever experienced.
