Edwin E Robinson, 94, formerly of Angelica, NY passed away on June 29, 2021 in St Petersburg, FL. Born April 1, 1927 in Angelica, NY. He was the son of Leon and Mary Robinson. He attended Wilsonian High School in Angelica before it became centralized. He served in the U S Navy “Seabees” in the South Pacific during World War II. He was a member of the Melrose Lodge #818, F & AM in Angelica, NY for 58 years. He had resided in St Petersburg, FL since 1963 and was a meat cutter until he retired in 1992.
He was predeceased by his wife, Evelyn G Robinson, 1989, his sons, William G Robinson, 1991 and Richard W Robinson, 1994. He is survived by his daughters Judith A Boobyer, St Petersburg, FL, Diane(Manuel) Formoso, St Petersburg, FL and son, Thomas (Tina) Robinson, Crown Point, IN. He had 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
Military and committal services will be held on Friday, July 16th 2:00pm at the Bay Pines Veterans Cemetery in St Petersburg, FL.
I’m sorry for your loss of Ed. He was quite a character and will be missed.
