She was interested in cooking, baking, dancing, singing, acting, modeling, cheerleading, scrapbooking, canoeing, swimming, tanning, reading, and writing. She also loved playing dress up, fashion, make-up artistry, gymnastics, dressing up and going out to eat. She always had a stuffed animal; such as, bunnies and unicorns and loved on all animals and children. She worked at Zaxby’s and Hardee’s as a cashier.
Her proudest achievements were giving her life to the Lord, quitting smoking tobacco, getting her GED, having a family of her own, and giving birth to her first born son, Greyson Barkyoumb.
Atalia was unique in every way from the uniqueness of her name which means Princess and Daughter of the Lord. I called her Talia for short which means The Dew of God so I knew that she was special. Her very small size, big heart, beautiful looks, and sassy attitude made her one of a kind. She was full of life, could light up a room with her smile. She was funny, silly, loving, strong, sweet, smart, spontaneous, outgoing, and beautiful inside and out. She loved the Lord, her family, church family, friends and pets including her fur-baby Honey-Bear (Pink) age 2 1/2 years old. She was very loved and will be very missed by all that knew her.

Atalia you were my whole word since you were just 18. I was 26 and still remember the first time seeing you and thought to myself “Wow she is the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen, I have to get to know her!” Then within only 3 months out of love we conceived our son Greyson. I’m so glad you get to be in heaven now with him and God . I’ll never forget u making go on snack runs for u at 3am when you’d get a sweet tooth. I’ll never forget all your ways, you loved dying your hair, you loved road trips, historical place, or sometimes just sitting together cuddling together watching movies together in our apartment in silver springs :) I know that you know I tried doing everything and anything I could to make you happy. My goal as Your husband was to keep a smile on that beautiful face, be loyal to you, make you feel secure, I remember you always told me that I felt like home to you. And that no one else has ever made you feel like that you life Beside your mom. You knew how to make me happy even 8 years younger than me we had such a special unique bond and I’m so happy and feel lucky you married ME when you could have had ANYONE you wanted. You looked like a beautiful porcelain doll and we’re and will always be my princess. Take care of our son Tally. I will always love u forever and ever. I’ll always bring you roses, it’s going to be lonely without u but I know u would want me happy so I will do my best to do life without u when I pictured us growing old together one day. You were my Baby Girl My Princess My Best Friend. You always saved me. I’ll love you forever Atalia Kathleen! Rest in heaven kiss our son I know u are in heaven and so happy right now seeing Greysons face. See you later not goodbye baby girl. I’m gonna always remember you the only woman I ever wanted to marry, I’ll keep you alive in spirit and lead a good life to make you proud of me. Konner loves you too. ❤️
My sweet girl. Uncle Mark n I love you so much and wish you were still with all of us. You were such a tiny ray of sunshine when you rode on cousin Ray’s back and attached yourself to cousin Gina’s hip. You told uncle Mark and I you wanted to go home with us. I just recently sent you that picture of you and Ray… you said you really needed it at that moment. I wish we could have been there at the moment when you truly needed someone to save you. But I suppose I’m not the only one wishing that at this moment. I know your momma and aunt Susie are. I love you my sweet girl. Take care of your beautiful baby boy. Hes waited for you. I know you’ve been missing him.
