Matthew S. Gibson Jr, 76 of Land O’ Lakes, FL passed away peacefully in his home with his family by his side. Matthew went to be with the lord on Monday, January 17, 2022 at 7:38am. His family will plan a celebration of his life in the spring/summer of 2022. Matthew is survived by his loving wife Sharon Gibson, who he married June 29,1974, their daughter Peggy (Joe) Angarano and three grandchildren Hayli, Kirstyn and Joseph Jr who he absolutely cherished. Matthew has four surviving sisters and 4 surviving brothers. Matthew was predeceased by several siblings. Matthew has many nieces and nephews who he loved dearly and always enjoyed being a jokester with. Matthew enjoyed crafts, woodworking and scrapbooking with his wife Sharon.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to help with end of life expenses for his wife Sharon. This is greatly appreciated.
