F. Jean Rauch (Mean Jean), 93, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Palm of Pasadena Hospital. Born in Toledo, Ohio. She was a telephone special analyst working with law enforcement before taking over Setchell Typesetting, the family business and becoming a co-owner of BJ Rubber Stamps with her daughter, Bunny Camp. She was a well known fixture at the Wagonwheel Fleamarket, operating a booth for 51 years before COVID forced its closure. One of the founders of the Gulfport Girls Softball league. Some of her volunteering jobs which she loved: Head of Volunteers (over 10 years) – Palms of Pasadena, Florida International Museum, Little League Baseball, Scouts. Being there for her grandsons, from getting them up for school to teaching them how to sew. Her door was always opened to them whenever she was needed.
Survivors: three sons, (predeceased) Harry, Paul (Christine), and Terry; daughter, Bunny; Grandsons – Barry (Jill), Jason, Erik (Renee), Mark (Desiree), Jesse (Carley) and many great grandchildren. Arrangements entrusted to Veterans Funeral Care.
