Janice “Jan” Schmitt, born on June 23, 1943, went home to the Lord on March 9, 2022 at 78 years old. She was a loving wife to Otto (deceased), a devoted mother, grandmother and friend. She is survived by two children, daughter Cynthia, son Stephen, daughter-in-law Stephanie and two grandchildren, Samantha and Madison along with her three siblings, Bruce, Sandy and Steve. Jan was a born again Christian and a kind, generous person who was always willing to help others in need.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Shoresh David Messianic Synagogue on Thursday, March 17th at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Melech Hospice House in Jan’s name.
