As we approach our first Mother’s Day without her, we are left with memories of a strong woman who loved her husband and family empowered by her love and faith in God. We remember a woman blessed with integrity, an adventurer of travel, dedicated stamp collector, and a person embodied with a passion for knowledge of everything.
Preceding Irene is her beloved husband, Gerhardt, and her son, Thomas. Survivors include her son Jonathan (Terry), daughter Mary Elizabeth (Eric), daughter-in-law Libby, and grandchildren, Ryan, Lauren, and Chrissy.
The memorial service will be May 7th at 11am at Faith Lutheran, 1620 Pinehurst Rd, Dunedin, Florida. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the World Wildlife Fund in memory of Irene K Keller.

I loved my Aunt Irene very much. Even though I haven’t seen her for a while, I will miss her. She always treated me as if I was very special. I know our family in Minnesota loved her very much. Now they are all together in Heaven. Let’s hope they are playing cards or putting together a puzzle or doing something else together. I remember she always loved to cook, especially lots of vegetables. It was always good. I know you all miss her. Sending you all my biggest hugs and prayers in your time of mourning.
Ms.Irene, what can on say,she was the kindness, most thoughtful and caring person I had the privilege to get to know, through styling her hair in Atlanta. Along with my staff,we all looked forward to Ms.Irene coming to the salon. Everyone enjoyed her quick sense of humor. Truly a classy lady that Everyone shall miss.
