Robert Edward Bolles ” Bob” Age 71.
Born on February 14, 1951, in Newark but grew up in Irvington, NJ to Philip and Mildred Bolles. Passed Away on June 15, 2022 in Largo, FL. His Family and Friend by his side.
Some facts about Bob: Lifelong resident of New Jersey until he retired to Florida. He is a graduate of Irvington High School and Essex County Collage with an Associated degree in business also attend Rutgers University, Newark Campus. Former President of Essex / Hudson/ Union chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Actively raised 8 puppies through the Seeing Eye, 4H program. Served in various Officer positions for the Bolles Family Association. Work for Irvington General Hospital, EMTAC Ambulance Service and Reisinger Oxygen Company. Active member of Irvington CD Rescue Squad for ten years. Serving as a dispatcher, training officer and Public Relations. Fire Boot fund raising money for the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Telethon.
Lived life to the fullest: Beaches-Rays-New York Giants / Buc’s and live music up until his passing. Survived by his sister Diane Croft, 6 nephew’s and niece’s: John, Donald, Linda, Carl, Debra, and Robert. Several Great nieces / nephews, Great-Great nieces, and nephews. Proceeded in death by his wife Cathy Bolles, Philip and Mildred Bolles and Nephew Michael Stonaker.

Uncle Bob you will be missed by so many people. You touched so many hearts. Your gone but never will be forgotten. Until we meet again. May your soul R.I.P

Bob, I didn’t know you well in Irvington High but you were an inspiration to me …..seeing you tool around the school in your wheel chair and always upbeat and friendly…you did a lot for our class of 1969 during our school days and after up until the moment you passed …the forever Camper …and I know you are watching over us. You will be missed by all of us ….May you rest in the Lord’s arms this day …God Bless You …you are now with your dear Cathy and your family.

Dear Bob,
I will miss you and your kind, thoughtful ways. You were always fun to be around and a good, good friend. I have many memories of our times with MDA and beyond. I will miss you more than I can say. I hope you are having a good time in the great beyond, reunited with Cathy and your parents….
