Bill Mooney loved his Marine Corps. I told him many times, his running and physical fitness really inspired me to lose a little weight! May God bless his memory.
Bill was such a great guy. I met Bill on a Saturday morning run in Safety Harbor several years ago. Bill was extremely supportive and always willing to lend you his ear and some advice. I’m thankful for the times that I got to run, talk, and work with Bill.
I am so sorry to be now learning of the passing of Bill Mooney, whom was my neighbor at OTOW. Bill and I shared a fondness for running and golf. It was always heartwarming to see Bill and his wife taking their walks and holding hands. He will be dearly missed by family and friends.
So sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. One of the nicest people I have ever met. I wish we all could have his easy-going style. Rest in Peace brother Marine.
Such a delightful friend and neighbour here at OTOW. You will be missed.
What a great life, what a great guy!
Loved running with Bill years ago.
He gave away what he received in service to others.
Bill won the race!
God Bless, Bill.
