Joseph Stewart, 81, of Pinellas Park, passed away on January 9th at Palm Garden of Largo with his wife by his side and surrounded by family. He was born in 1942 in Norristown, PA. He served in the United States Navy for 8.5 years, 2 years of which were overseas. Joseph was preceded in death by his son Glenn Stewart. He is survived by his wife Virginia Stewart, son Kevin Stewart, daughter and son-in-law Kelly and Jason Krupp, and three grandchildren: Bradley, Rachel, and Hailey.
He loved his family and friends, fishing, music, and his chihuahua Serenity.
The funeral service will be held at Bay Pines National Cemetery on January 25th at 11 a.m. A reception following the service will be held at The American Legion Post 273 Madeira Beach, Florida.
Uncle Joe, you are so missed already and will be forever. I thank God you’re no longer struggling to breathe. I love you so much. This has been very difficult for us but we find comfort in knowing your healed. Until we meet again, rest in peace.

To know Glenn and Kelly is to know what kind of man you were and still are. From what I saw, your love union created some great people that have affected many lives. This is a testament to a life that has great worth, and will keep spreading love through Kelly&Jason, Kevin, Bradley, Rachelle and Hailey.
I enjoyed seeing the happiness on your face watching your grandson play ball.
