Michael S. Young, age 85, of Clearwater, FL passed away on June 14th, 2024. Mike was born in Huntington, Indiana on September 28th, 1938 to his loving parents, Ralph and Mary Young. Mike was stationed in Fort Benning when he served in the US Army from 1961-1963. He graduated college with an Associate’s degree from Indiana University and retired after 25 years of working at Lincoln National Corporation. Mike is survived by his brother, Robert Young (Marsha), his three nephews, and his five great nephews. He will be forever missed.

My deepest sympathy on the loss of your dear brother (brother-in-law, uncle)I assisted Michael on Saturdays after the 4:00 Mass by assisting him with the cleaning of the vessels. May his soul rest in peace, he will always be in my prayers. Maureen Acerno
Our hearts go out to Michael’s family at this sad time. Michael was a long time neighbor first to my parent’s George and Lou, then later to my brother George, after they moved to Village On The Green. They thought very highly of Michael and were impressed by his devotion to his mother who lived with him. My family felt very fortunate to have him for as a close neighbor for all those years. He was always considerate, helpful and friendly. Michael will be dearly missed for his kindness, love of family, his dogs and his faith. May God’s love and peace comfort all who knew and loved him.
