Heriberto Soto passed away on August 16th, 2024 in Charlotte, North Carolina after a long battle with diseases of heart & lungs. He was 69 years old. Originally from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico his family settled in Pennsylvania. He was the son of Regino Soto and Aida Luz Perez.
He met a young lady named Maria Aponte, fell totally in love and they were married on June 17, 1975 in Philadelphia. Together they shared 49 years of marriage.
“Johnny”, as he was called was a very very hard working man his whole life. He worked with Rhoads Industries in PA for over 20 years and Plenums Welding in FL for 8 years.
Johnny was predeceased by his parents Regino and Aida. Surviving family members include this loving wife Maria along with their children Edgar, Eric and Chelsie and many other family members who will always miss him.
His church family from Christ Evangelical Reformed Church send their love and support to the Soto family.
Services and Ceremonies for Heriberto Soto will take place on Monday August 26th, 2024 at Veterans Funeral Care (830 N. Belcher Rd, Clearwater). Family and Friends are invited for viewing / visitation from 10am-12noon. Funeral Ceremony will begin at 12noon, officiated by Pastor Armondo Reyes. Mr. Soto’s interment will take place at 145pm at Calvary Catholic Cemetery (5233 118th Ave N, Clearwater).
