I have many great memories with this family! Alexis was one of the first friends I made while stationed at Fort Stewart nearly a decade ago. They were always so inviting and friendly and I found myself always at their house because they became family. I was around when Mason was just a baby and he was such a great dad! He was a great friend to my husband and me as well! They were the first people I told I was pregnant and I will forever remember his reaction! He was such a funny guy, a great dad and a loving husband! He really loved his family!! I was so sad to hear about the passing and I am praying for the friends and family! I am here for you Alexis if you ever need anything!

Words cannot describe how heartbroken we all feel. I always felt that Shaun had so much potential, and he was such a great Dad that it was always a pleasure to be around him and the kids. My daughter loved him so much, and I know the hard time they all have trying to make sense out of this tragedy. I will always remember Shaun for the great guy he was, and I will do everything I can to help soothe the pain that this has caused his family. I love them all so much and I know this is hard, but I will forever try to make sure they remember how special their Dad was.
