Maria Agnes Schultz, age 91, of Seminole, Florida, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2026, at Oak Manor following an extended illness.
Born on March 24, 1935, in Cleveland, Ohio, Maria was the beloved daughter of Angelo D’Anna and Mary Giaimo. She carried with her the values of faith, family, and kindness throughout her life.
On May 12, 1962, Maria married the love of her life, John E. Schultz, at the Church of St. William. Together they shared 46 wonderful years of marriage, building a life filled with love, devotion, and cherished family memories.
Maria’s greatest joy was her family. She is lovingly survived by her children, Jackie Schultz (John Ziegler), Joanne Schultz (Tony Foskey), Judy Schultz (Don Welty), and Jeri Schultz (Terry Harig). She was a proud and devoted grandmother to 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren whose love and guidance touched generations. Her family will forever treasure the warmth, compassion, and unwavering support she gave so freely.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Schultz; her brother, Lawrence; her sisters, Rosalie and Coletta; and her parents, Angelo D’Anna and Mary Giaimo.
Maria will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her strength through life’s challenges, and the deep love she shared with those around her. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and friends, who were blessed to know and love her.
A burial will be held at a later date in Cleveland, Ohio.
Though she will be deeply missed, Maria’s family finds comfort in the many treasured memories she leaves behind and in the lasting impact of a life well lived. May she rest in peace.
