Ramon Tirado

Ramon Tirado, age 85, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away peacefully at his residence on July 25, 2026, following complications from a stroke.

Ramon was born on February 20, 1941, in San Germán, Puerto Rico. On January 10, 1986, he married the love of his life, Dora Amada Tirado, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Together they shared 40 wonderful years of marriage built on faith, devotion, and unconditional love.

A devoted husband, father, grandfather, pastor, and friend, Ramon dedicated his life to serving God and others. He faithfully served as a full-time pastor and minister and was the beloved pastor of Elevated Church Ministerio Hispano. His unwavering faith, compassionate heart, and commitment to sharing the Gospel touched countless lives throughout his ministry.

Ramon was a lifelong student of Scripture and took great pride in earning his degree in Biblical Studies and Theology. His wisdom, humility, and gentle spirit made him a trusted counselor, faithful servant, and source of encouragement to all who knew him. He was known as a humble man, a pacifist, and someone whose love and compassion were evident in every aspect of his life.

Outside of his ministry, Ramon found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved gardening, cooking, fishing, and baking, often sharing the fruits of his labor with family and friends. His warm smile, generous heart, and genuine kindness will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is lovingly survived by his devoted wife, Dora Amada Tirado; his children, Maurice Tirado, Alex Tirado, Doralyn (Orlando) Garcia, and Doralisett (Dana) Hudson; and his twelve cherished grandchildren, who will continue to carry forward his legacy of faith, love, and service.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Empath Hospice and Pinnacle Home Therapy for the exceptional care, compassion, and support they provided to Ramon during his final days. Their kindness brought comfort not only to Ramon but also to his loved ones.

Ramon’s life was a beautiful testament to faith, humility, and selfless love. Though he will be deeply missed, his family finds peace in knowing that he has entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior. His legacy will continue to live on in the many lives he touched, the family he cherished, and the faith he faithfully proclaimed.

A public Visitation will be held at Elevated Church, 4371 76th Ave N, Pinellas Park, FL 33781 on Friday, July 31st, 2026 at 10:00Am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00am, and burial at Memorial Park Cemetery following the service.
