On May 28, 1970, Carol married the love of her life, Louis Smock, in a heartfelt ceremony at City Hall in their hometown. Together, they built a beautiful life, sharing 45 years of marriage until Louis’s passing.
Carol’s proudest achievements were her children, Louis Smock, Jr., and Shannon Garrett, and her grandchildren, Karissa, Tia, and David.
