Frank D. Marini, 70, of Treasure Island, FL passed away at the Bay Pines VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, FL. on July 22, 2007 of natural causes. A native of Passaic, NJ and a local resident since 1993, when he moved here locally from Lake Oswego, OR; Frank was a graduate of Montclair Academy and New England College where he was Captain of the Golf Team and Vice President of the Sigma Alpha Beta Fraternity. He was a post-Korean War Veteran and attended Light of Christ Catholic Church. He was a retired salesman in the printing business. He is survived by his sons: Dominick Marini of Raleigh, NC and Joseph Marini and his wife, Valentina of Sligo, Ireland; a granddaughter, Isabella of Sligo, Ireland; and a brother, Johnny Marini of Bethlehem, PA. Graveside services with full military honors are 2:15 PM, August 6, 2007 at the Bay Pines VA National Cemetery, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, Florida 33744 with Veterans of Foreign War Post 9272, officiating.
