In Memory of Robert Bob Churchill Dillon
December 2, 1928 – October 30, 20007
Rev. Bob Dillon died peacefully at home and was escorted by angels to Jesus in heaven at 6:30am, Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2007 after having suffered with esophageal cancer for over six months. Bob was a faithful husband, father, friend, preacher, prophet, teacher, person of many talents and abilities, inventor, minstrel, writer of songs, and collector of things. His passionate prayers, abounding humor and gentle spirit endeared him to all who knew him.
Bob is survived by his wife Eloise Jean and 4 children, David Patrick, Timothy Michael Maloney, Jason Matthew and Barbara Kathleen Dillon, 8 Grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at Immanuel Bible Church in Springfield on Saturday, November 17th at 7pm. For directions please log on to www.immanuelbible.net.
