Dear Sharon,
I am so terribly sorry about your Dad. Even though I know he was not in good condition it is never easy to have a parent leave.
I know you are a wonderful daughter and I am sure he was so very proud of you and your two wonderful daughters.
You are such a good friend and have been for so many years and you mean a great deal to Suzi and me. My thoughts and prayers are with all of your family at this most difficult time.
Lots of love,
Denny and Suzi

Hey Everyone,
Was Ed a riot or what!
Ed rarely missed a beat. Anywhere he went or anyone he was with.
And, what a great life he had… especially with his wife Jeannine! Wow, did he love her! He used to grab my arm and tell me…”She is my whole life.
She is everything to me. That women right there… as he pointed.
Not to mention his son Ricky who he told me so many times… how proud he was of him… Especially the stories about raking clams,
making a bundle of money … off of Long Island and buying a house.
Ed and Sharon use to challenge each other. Maybe because they were, in many ways, especially the smile so much alike.
He used to tell me… Ya know Sharon is very smart. Graduated
“Cum Laude”. And, Sharon really has done everything for those girls. And, I would agree.
Ed used to love telling me the stories of taking care of Jeannine
and Jen when they were young. Changing their diapers and
acknowledging their every whim. Ed really loved ALL his family.
Some of my favorite times were with Ed at Mugs and Jugs,
… watching football. And Crabby Bill for clams. Or, especially
at the dog rack just with Ed and a couple of times with Ed, Malcolm and his friends.
It was a real priviledge and pleasure knowing and being with
Ed Perkins, and I will miss him very much.
Just to let you know. Kim
May he rest in Peace now. God bless Jeannine and her family. We will miss him dearly.
Barbara and Andy
I will share with all of you my final words from a speech dedicated to my loving, caring, and above all, positive grandfather…
Grumpa was not only a loving grandfather, hard-working and passionate father, and devoted husband, he was my friend. Such is a rarity in a girl’s life to have had a grandfather who she can call her friend, who she looks forward to a day at the track with, who she shares a diet coke with in paradise on a hot day in May, who she reads the newspaper with and asks, even after 15 years from the day she first asked him, “How’s GM doing Grandpa?” How many girls my age can say that they will finish their last year of college and graduate knowing that they are not just doing it for themselves, but more importantly, for their friend, their grandfather, their Grumpa. I love you so much, Grumpa.
Dear Daddy,
Not only will I miss your smile, your voice when I call, but your words of encouragement when I’m feeling down,”Sharon, you got the world by the tail, there isn’t anything you can’t accomplish.” I truly know you are watching over me, and I will see you again someday. I love you dad. Love your daughter, Sharon
Dear Carol and Joe:
A special thank you for your lovely card and memorial gift given in my dad’s name to assist the marianists in their service to God’s needy people throughout the world. Your thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely, Sharon
Ed, I have very vivid memories of your spunky personality and zest for life.
Rest in peace.
Fred and Joan wish to send our
condolences to Jeanine and family.
It was sad to hear of his passing as we have fond
memories of the good times we all had in the past. Gods blessings to
you.
Dear Aunt Jeannine, Sharon and Rick,
I was so sorry to hear of Uncle Eddie’s passing. Mom emailed me. I have such fond memories growing up with you as neighbors and with our continued friendship over the years. When you moved to Clearwater so close to my grandfather’s home, I couldn’t believe it! I last saw you there, I guess it was ten years ago, when you had finished up the remodeling. Although we’ve lost touch, I will never forget your open arms, your lovely typewritten letters, and your smiles. Please, keep in touch by mail or email:
