Harry W. Smith Jr., 73, US Navy, Korean War Veteran- of Largo, Florida died at his residence on February 12, 2209 from natural causes and with his family and Hospice of the Suncoast, at his bedside.
A native of Cambridge, MA and a local resident since 1998, when he moved here from Marblehead, MA; he was a retired Shipping Supervisor for United Shoe CO; a protestant; a US Navy veteran of the Korean War and during his time in the US Navy, he served aboard the USS Sullivan. He is survived by his wife Theresa “Jane” Smith of Largo, FL; a daughter, Constance M. Re and her husband, Gerald of Salem, MA and Marblehead, MA; a brother, John Smith and his wife, Eileen of Hudson, Florida and a grandson, Christopher Re.
Services are private, at the request of the family.
