Edward "Ed" John Gigler
1955 – 2009
Edward "Ed" John Gigler, 53, of Tampa, FL passed away Friday, March 13, 2009.
He was born and grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. Ed served in the Navy and was medical discharged. He was a framer and a roofer in the construction field for awhile.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Marcia and Richard Valentine of Pittsburgh, PA; five brothers, Ronald and Mara Gigler of Baker, FL, Richard and Linda Gigler of Coal City, IL, Robert Gigler of Coal City, IL, David Gigler of Melbourne, FL, Michael and Lisa Gigler of Pittsburgh, PA; one sister, Melissa Gigler of Pittsburgh, Pa; one daughter, Deana; four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Interment will be at Bay Pines National Cemetery in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Ed, I miss, wish we could have been closer.
I will always remember you setting the oven on fire at thanksgiving. Wish we could have spent more time getting to know each other. I know you are in a better place and you are no longer in pain. Till we meet again good-bye.
