I Said A Prayer For You
I said a prayer for you today,
and knew God must have heard.
I felt the answer in my heart,
although he spoke no word.
I didn’t ask for wealth or fame,
I knew you wouldn’t mind.
I asked Him to send treasures
of a far more lasting kind.
I asked that He’d be near you
in all things great and small
But it was for His loving care
I prayed for most of all.
May God give you His love, His peace and His joy. May he keep you in his loving arms during this difficult time.
I am here if you need anything.
With love,
Linda

Bonnie, Mike and I said prayers for Ted yesterday and Mike Saluted the flag at 2:15. Unfortunately, work kep us both from attending in person but we were there in spirit. I always keep Ted on his ’good’ days in my heart – at the Clearwater Christmas dessert festival, at bridal shows, at parties, at dinner at his favorite Mexican restaurant. We love you and keep you in our hearts and prayers.

“I fear thee, ancient Mariner! Be calm, thou Wedding-Guest! T’was not those souls that fled in pain, which to their corses came again, But a troop of spirits blest;
And now t’was like all instruments, Now like a lonely flute; And now it is an angel’s song, That makes the heavens be mute. He prayeth best, who loveth best All things both great and small; For the dear God who loveth us, He made and loveth all.”
From The Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner by Samuel Taylor Coleridge.
Dearest Bonnie-
Ted has made the final voyage home- God bless you and your family.

Dear Bonnie,
We would like to remember the day on the beach back in March with you and Ted. It was such a pleasant day and Ted seemed so happy dancing around in the sand. Bonnie, you did very well with Ted during his illness. That, we know had to take some incredible God given strength. We know you’re going to miss him but you have all your happy memories. We love you.
Bonnie,
I’m sorry we didn’t have the chance to know Ted before his illness. We only had the one long weekend at Lake Martin in Alabama to become acquainted with you both; it was obvious that Ted was a very kind and intelligent man. And handsome too! It is so sad that his life was cut so short. We extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family.
Bonnie,Duane and Aaron – So saddened to hear of Ted’s passing. What a sweet guy he was. We will always remember our fun times together with you and Ted. Leigh Ann, Chris, Megan and I will keep you all in our prayers. I am sure Gene is also somewhere up above thinking of you and your kindness. Love, Audrey
Bonnie, Duane and Aaron,
From our family to yours, we offer our prayers. Hold tight to memories for comfort. We are. Crystal River (and the search for Manatees), driving an hour to dinner (we were starved and thirsty after the drive), collecting sand dollars, and spending wonder fun-filled time with friends. We had some of the greatest “Yarbrough-Yates” adventures. Larry, Becky, Monica, Bob, Samantha and Lyndsay.
Ted,
What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived, and that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. To Bonnie and family,
I was so sadden to hear of Ted’s passing, but know that Ted is himself again. Smiling friendly, talking and happy.
He was always a pleasure to meet at the bridal shows or a meeting with Bonnie.
He and Bonnie have always been in my thoughts.
I’m sure that you have lots of wonderful memories to get you thru this sad time.
Enjoy them.
