Fields, 62, of Bushnell, FL funeral services are 11:00 AM, Friday Morning, October 23, 2009 at the 1st Assembly of God Church, 2087 East County Road 470, Sumterville, FL 33585 with Pastor Daniel Richwine and the Marion County Military Honor guard, to officiate. The family will receive friends at the church from 9:00 AM until service time. Burial will be at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL on Friday, October 23, 2009 at 1:00 PM. A native of Orlando, FL and a local of Bushnell, FL, David was employed at Coca Cola Bottling Plant in Leesburg, FL until be became disabled as a result of a accident. Prior to working for Coca Cola; he was a manager and an equipment repair man for coin operated laundries. David died on October 14, 2009 at the Leesburg Regional Medical Center, Leesburg, FL form natural causes. He was a Protestant and a US Army "Nike Missileman" during the Vietnam War Era. He is survived by his loving family: a wife, Jacqueline “Jackie” Fields of Bushnell, FL; a son, David Fields of Bushnell, FL; a daughter, Tammy L. Fields of Bushnell, FL; his mother, Mary Fields of Bushnell, FL and his four grandchildren: Michael Holloway, Hunter Hudgins, Hayden Fields and Dylan Fields. The family requests, that all floral arrangements be sent directly to the church.
