Both my husband & I liked Frank from the first time we met him! He made it a pleasure to shop at Winn Dixie! We will miss seeing his smile and the kindness he showed when we had problems. He dearly loved his daughter Regina and his granddaughter Harmony and spoke of them often! Frank you were one of a kind and everyone has lost a great guy with your passing! RIP
