Pat Yannotti died on May 5, 2011 after an eight year battle with cancer. The disease felled his body but never his spirit and his amazing will to live life to the fullest. Pat was to turn 82 on May 6. During the days prior to his leaving us he was surrounded by family, friends and a very caring Hospice staff at the Brookside Hospice House facility.
Pat was a Korean War Veteran of the US Army and a Lieutenant in the NYC Police Dept where he served for over 20 years. Pat was involved with his church and volunteered for multiple charities and ministries.
He was predeceased by his wife, Bernice, but leaves behind many who loved him including his brother, Lenny, sister-in-law, Rosalie, sons, Steven and Michael, daughter-in-law, Debbie, grandchildren, Vincent, Cara and James and three great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30AM on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at Espiritu Santo Catholic Church, Safety Harbor with Father Glenn Diaz. Military Honors will be presented following.

Mr. Pat will always be a dear friend to me. He is not gone but has went to a more amazing life in God’s kingdom. I will always keep his memory alive. I loved him like a “third” grandfather. God bless him.
