Jacob Thomas Miller, 18, of Tampa, FL died at University Community Hospital, Tampa, FL on May 8, 2011. His services are Noon, Monday, May 16, 2011 at Grace Family Church, 5101 Van Dyke Road, Lutz, FL 33558 with Pastor Mike Moore, to officiate. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until service time. The burial is private and is only for immediate family.
Jacob was born to James Miller and Virginia Heinrich-Dunn on September 28, 1992 in St. Petersburg, FL and was attending Grace Family Church. He died at University Community Hospital on May 8, 2011.
Jacob is survived by his family and friends: his birth father, James Miller of Tampa, FL; his birth mother, Virginia Dunn and her husband, Walter Dunn Jr. of Tampa, FL; his brothers: James R. Miller III and his wife, Sol Inez of Brandon, FL; Justin D. Miller of Tampa, FL; Joshua Allen Dunn of Tampa, FL; guardian mother and family who raised him: Shelia Miller of Tampa, FL; Teresa Miller of Metter, GA; Tina Navarro and her husband, Thomas of Metter, GA; Amanda Rivera and her husband, David of Tampa, FL; his grandmothers: Tobi Gremer Heinrich of Tampa, FL and Judith Hirt and her husband, Thomas of Metter, GA; uncles and aunts; Robert Miller of Tampa, FL; Russell Miller of Tampa, FL; Jody Conner and her husband, Ricky of Metter, GA; T.J. Lanier of Metter, GA: nieces and nephews: Hailey Rivera, Isabel Rivera, Genevieve Miller and DJ Rivera; a host of cousins and friends.

I love and miss you little brother. My heart aches to hear you say ’hey sis i need to talk to you’ just one more time. I know broken hearts heal, but this will be the ugliest scar i’ll ever have. Jacob, when I think of you, I think of your mischievous smile, and the laugh in your eyes. Anytime you were in the room, I found myself smiling too. Your energy was infectious.
