My buddy Bill,
We will miss you coming in to the office. I will miss hearing stories you told me a million times. Because I liked the stories, I didn’t mind. I remember when you needed to go to the Marine Corp Ball, how good you looked. The picture of you and ’Duece’ is burnt in my mind. That was a nappy dog! Now the photo of you two is priceless. You were a good Marine, I see your DD214. You were a good friend. I will see you at Arlington National in August.
Our family is small but our hearts are loving. Thank you for loving us. What will I do without your letters, your humor, your stories, and your wisdom? You were a WONDERFUL Uncle who will live on in our memories forever.
Thank you for being you.
We love you.
Penny, Joe, and Ian
