MOREE, Alice Swarthout of Dunedin, FL passed away October 31, 2012 at Hospice House Brookside.
She was born on November 28, 1924 in Willard, NY. She attended the University of Rochester, graduated from St. Lukes School of Nursing, NY, NY. She spent her career as a Registered Nurse and served our country as a Captain in the Air Force and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal during the Korean War..
Preceded in death by her parents, Lorenzo W. & Vilma B. Swarthout. Survived by her daughter, Alice Jeanne “AJ” (Anthony Jr.) Odorisio of New Port Richey, FL; granddaughters Melissa Odorisio of Gainesville and Erica Odorisio of New Port Richey.
Memorial service at 11AM on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 1st Presbyterian Church of Dunedin to be followed by Military Honors Ceremony by the Korean War Veterans Association #14 at Bay Pines National Cemetery.
